Execution of a deal on “ElSaeed Contracting” shares worth 51 million Egyptian pounds

The stock exchange management revealed the execution of a large deal on the shares of “ElSaeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment” worth 51 million Egyptian pounds.

During today’s Sunday session, a deal was executed through the Block Trading mechanism on the shares of ElSaeed Contracting for a quantity of 85 million shares with a total value of 51 million Egyptian pounds.


The company “ElSaeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment” has announced the assignment of a new construction project in the Fayoum Governorate.

The company clarified that it was awarded a tender for a new construction project to build a sewage network and pumping stations for the Abydos villages in the Fayoum Governorate, with a value of 352 million Egyptian pounds.

It’s worth noting that the company “Al Safwa for Consultations and Development” reduced its stake in the capital of “ElSaeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment” from 34.9% to 23.97%. Al Safwa for Consultations sold 80.3 million shares of ElSaeed Contracting for a total value of 55.4 million pounds, with an average selling price per share of 0.69 pounds.

The company indicated that the ownership percentages of affiliated groups are 17.29% for Bayoniers Properties for Urban Development, 0.78% for Sama for Consultations, and 11% for Wadi for Consultations.


The stock exchange management revealed the execution of a large deal on the shares of “ElSaeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment” worth 55.4 million Egyptian pounds.

During Wednesday’s session, a deal was executed through the Block Trading mechanism on the shares of “Arab Dairy” for a quantity of 80.3 million shares with a total value of 55.4 million Egyptian pounds.

The profits of ElSaeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment declined by 13.5% during the first half of the current year, reaching 70.7 million Egyptian pounds compared to a profit of 81.8 million pounds in the same period of 2022.

Meanwhile, the company’s revenues increased during the first half of the current year to reach 1.32 billion Egyptian pounds, compared to sales of 1.048 billion pounds in the corresponding half of 2022.
